We then gather information about municipal regulations, zoning, bylaws, and other details related to your property. We want to make sure we get it right the first time. This concept will show you the kinds of materials, colors, and design features on your home. This allows us to have a clear direction for your design-build process. This part of the process includes a 1-hour video meeting to discuss and review the concept and gather feedback.
